Today’s Workout: Disc for day 6 – Plyometric Cardio Circuit

Breakfast

Shredded mini wheats with milk

Banana, apple

Lunch

Roasted chicken and potatoes

Dinner

Red beans and rice with andouille sausage

 

Another day, another weigh in at 181.4. Wish that I had taken a previous measurement of my waistline, because I am down a notch on my belt.  I also feel like my shoulders and posture look better as well.  Definitely no six pack abs yet, but the spare tire is slightly smaller…I think.

This disc is the one that I dreaded doing again.  I can’t make it all the way through without stopping and my quads are screaming for probably 35 of the 40 minutes. Not sure what it is, but my quads just aren’t bringing it.  Also, I feel extremely uncoordinated when I try to do the Mt Climbers, not sure if I’m in the only one in that boat, but it makes me glad that no on else can see me attempt them.

Off day for me tomorrow, as I have an after work obligation. Off day means a fancy new graph of my weight progress. WOohoo!
